When left Pataka is held on the shoulder and the right Padmakosa is held pointing downwards, then it is Dwirada hasta.

Meaning:
8:564-565:

This hasta denotes the trunk of an elephant and the elephant headed God, Vighneswara.

Based upon:
When the thumb is bent and other fingers are close to one another and stretched, it is Patāka hasta.

Patāka - 7:223-229 All the five fingers are separated and slightly bent and the palm is hollowed - then it is Padmakōṡa hasta (Padma - kośa = lotus bud).
